- All women above the age of 45 years can go for Umrah without Mahram by giving a no-objection certificate from their family to travel in groups.

- Women visiting Umrah without Mahram are not allowed to perform Ramal which is a ritual to run during Tawaf circling Kaaba.
- Women should pray in a separate place offered for women. If the place is crowded, the women can pray in Masjid-ul-Haram after Tawaf is finished.
- Women going to Umrah without Mahram cannot recite prayers for Umrah loudly.
- They should not talk with males who are not related to them.
- Women must stay in the group and not attract any males.
