Terms & Conditions

• Any increase in the given rates at the time of delivery of passport before departures of the tour shall be collected from the passengers as per the prevailing exchange rate of that day.
• Prices are fixed and non – negotiable. All prices quoted are per person based on SAR @ Rs 22.50/- and ticket average Calculated @ Rs 38,000/- for Flights. Any increase in the same shall be borne by the pilgrim. The SAR component and the INR component in the package shall be advised at the time of booking.
• For Booking, an Initial deposit of Rs 50% per person is required out of which whole amount will be non-refundable. Balance shall be payable as per terms agreed.
• All stated dates and itineraries are provisional and subject to confirmation at the time of booking, dates may vary plus/ minus a day or two on account of factors like, the Hijri Calendar dates, flight allotments etc. in the event of change in Hijri Calendar dates, accommodation may be provided at any available Hotel and not necessarily those listed on your contract, this accommodation may be given in hotel mentioned or similar category may be given.
